+ a little bicycle speedometer,also a ignition Switch from Honda MT-8,a ok
switch-40 gr!
But enlarge the pic-i don't use a rev-o-meter,why should i:when you're fast
,you've got no Time to watch it .-but i've got a LED Voltmeter-very important.
I'd recommend a fuelpump for FCR,it maybe not totally necessary,but you've got a good feeling or confidence at high Speed
here detail wiring Pics from stripped RC30,what you see left and right is the whole wire harness, i moded or re-moded this wire 5th Times,the last Time it took 10 hours to get rid of 350 gr,but i guess now this full roadusable wire harness is lighter than a HRC-wire.
what you can see(i've done it at the RC51 same)-locate all electronic groups in one Area!

2.5 Ah-no Problem starting-guess 50% of German RC30 Owners use them,the other 50% don't know them.You know-centre of gravity:here you can locate them:
You still have Problems getting you Carbs on the Motor ?Use a Straps,fix your throttle at max open -therefor straps it round the brakelever,if you've got no FCR you've to lift the Pistons the with your Finger-for a look inside.But you've a good view then for each gasket and you know very fast which one makes you problems.
Get rid of the ugly thermostat -case :
Some did ask-how to mount a Oilcooler-a detail here:use VFR-F Oilpump,2 inside Motor "F" Oillines,bore14mm inside engine,make a thread M14 x1.5 from the outside-thats it ,then fix your Oilcooler!
