This Alternator System is incl.Rectifier,and full road useable!
I've got this Alternator now for 47000km on my Bike without Problems.This Alternator even supplys a additional electrical waterpump!For customers normally I choose the closed (non-carbon)-Version:that's what you can install into your stock Alternator-Cover,all in all the Alternator swap-Job is done in 1/2 hour.
The rotor has half diameter of the std.Flywheel ! If you calculate the difference ,it's as if you would have only 3.6 % of the std Alternator mass remaining on your crank-
go for accelaration !
For my Carbon-Version the crank is sealed,and to fix the stator i need NO screws-because i've made the 2 Carbon Covers with -1/2 mm under-measure !But it's an expensive fab.,because 16 ply's Carbon each pressing,the 10 hours at 200° in the oven,milling,turning,drilling the raw covers..........
But the effex is great:an estimation-the whole System incl.Rectifier is not much heavier than only the bare std.Alternator-cover!

Note:(06/00):There is also a 2nd Option with a 90 gr rectifier,with 10 years guarantee,nearly undesstroyable ,handmade from a specialist in Germany.
