Here's a unobtrusive Carbon Airbox , for all , who decided to leave RC 30 in it's genuine appereance.
The Intake Opening is between upper radiator and bottom fork bridge (95 cm 2 ).
But , with upper Radiator in orig. Position
you'll never get enough fresh Air , so you have to locate the radiator bit more
down ( HRC - Rad. =2 cm ,Orig. Rad. = 3 cm ).
Additional: at the stock Radiator you've to remove the upper alloy bridge until
you reach the water conductions about 16 cm Wide,so that it looks similar Kit
Radiator.Be careful not to damage the water conductions !

With a lot of patience and dexterity stock Fans can be used ,but - you'll foresee - get rid of them.
Also a Advantage by Concept here :Airfilter Element is (as Option ) located inside Front of Airintake , with mounted Bodywear : just take Airfilter - Element out off Airintake with your fingers ,clean , and put back.
But consider : Airbox Design is related to stock Fuel Tank Design.If you have a modified or Carbon - Fiber Tank it possibly won't fit !So you've Option to modify Airbox yourself , or send your Fueltank to Hamburg , so i'll modify Airbox.

FCR:If you already own them ,just change Fuelchambers screws by lentil head (?)screws , and seize , that the connecting rod between front and rear Carb.is mounted as follows:the rear carb.control - pin has to show up , the front carb control pin down.

Orig .Carb.: Disengage right front and left rear Choke,it works very well!
