Well, I need the space at the front cylinder for my Project-and there the OEM Ducati Waterduct is hidden behind Battery,so I 1:cutted out the section I needed for front cylinder (later I'll make some drafts to machine them 

 

2:fixed some pre-bended Aluminum tube on it,and welded it         Water duct rebuilt 2.jpg (41227 Byte)

 

3:Then -because I need the space -the same with the waterpump-outlet,which was hard to remove :

4:.............because the Loctited thread :.......................Water duct rebuilt 4.jpg (45386 Byte)

 

5:  Water duct rebuilt 5.jpg (43898 Byte)  but then I've been able to go for same procedure

 

6: so here the are , both welded : Water duct rebuilt 6.jpg (55311 Byte)

 

7: so,and then a spend nearly a full day to solve the water-ducting as I it's probably required for my rebuilt .........................

400 gr (0.88lbs) instead of 1100gr (2.42 lbs)
